Introduced by Master Chemical Europe, Trim E805 cutting and grinding fluid is a universal soluble oil that is said to provide excellent chemical and mechanical lubricity without using environmentally damaging chlorinated or sulphurised extreme pressure additives.

Hard-water tolerant, the product provides a balance of cooling and lubrication to boost tool life when used on exotic materials such as inconel and titanium, as well as common aerospace aluminiums.

The fluid is said to assure long operational life for consistently high quality parts manufacturing and requires minimal maintenance.
