Waste to packaging January 1st 2005 A new industrial shredder joins Packer Products’ range of machines that convert waste paper, corrugated board and cardboard into an effective packaging material.
The new machine cuts waste into continuous strips at up to 10m/min. The result is a product suitable for use both as a protective wrapping and volume void fill for products ranging from glass to engineering parts.
It is available in three models.
The entry level machine is said to offer value for money for occasional, low volume users, while the standard, single-phase version for low to medium volume users provides a cutting width of 320mm and can handle material to 10mm thick.
A three-phase version offers extra wide cutting (up to 420mm) on material up to 15mm thick and is aimed at high volume users. More articles from Packer Systems: |
