Driver access control and activity logging are features of the new didBOX from Clemas & Co that allows a company to monitor and control who uses its cleaning equipment, access where the cleaning equipment is being used and monitor unauthorised attempts to start it.

The software allows an ID number to be assigned to operatives and creates a register of the categories of cleaning equipment they are allowed to use.

The didBOX data will let the user know when a driver starts and stops a cleaning machine, when an unauthorised user attempts to start the cleaning equipment, optionally when a collision occurs and, with all cases, the date and time as well as the ID number of the operator concerned. Staff require minimal training and maintenance costs are said to be zero.
