Safe access July 1st 2005 A catalogue from Contact details the company’s Stablemate range of access platforms that, it says, provide a safer alternative to ladders at a cost lower than that of scaffolding.
All the company’s access platforms conform to and exceed the requirements of the HSE’s Guidance Note PM28 and come with a Certificate of Conformity and operating instructions.
Features include: harness rails fitted as standard, positive locking to forks, and fold-down back for ease of transport and storage.
Where gates are fitted, there are gate locks that operate automatically when the platform is raised. Also offered are castors, tool tray, full body harness, overhead guard and strip light bulb holder.
Models are available to suit telescopic handlers and VNA trucks and a variety of base sizes can be made. More articles from Contact Attachments Limited: |
