New from Videx Security is a vandal resistant TBS touch sensitive switch. The entirely-electronic control device can function either as an independent manufally-controlled push button (push to exit device) or can be connected to a controller to facilitiate access from a secure area.

Specifications include an input voltage of 12/24V AC/DC and a current consumption of 30mA max.

Two LEDs are included to give visual verification of the switch status. Operating temperature is 15C to 55C. It has no moving parts and IP54 ingress protection and therefore has minimal maintenance requirements.
