At a new factory in Nottingham, the heating and ventilation system ensures maximum storage space, gives even heat through the building and provides smoke detection. A combination of six Rapid Pressurair 3000 and ER direct fired high efficiency air handlers are sited on the roof. The Rapid pressure ventilation system meant that no ductwork was needed in the storage bay. Air is evenly distributed by simple four way outlet heads located at high level. Excellent indoor air quality is achieved through continuous ventilation, even in summer, by providing free cooling.
