New burners September 1st 2005 Nu-Way has supplied a selection of burners to Land Rover’s design and engineering HQ in Warwickshire Sixteen gas burners were specified and installed by Northern Industrial services, including two STG146/2, two RGN260, two XGN650, five XGN2100, one XGN2350 and four XGN2400.
They are supplying hot water and central heating throughout the design centre and were installed to convert existing boilers from oilfired to natural gas to provide heating with high efficiency.
Nu-way says typical fuel savings of 3 to 5% can be gained moving from a standard on/off operation to high/low and the added advantage of natural gas should net CO2 savings of about 30%. More articles from Nu-Way: |
