Canopy for Sainsbury May 1st 2009 Sainsbury's supermarket, Andover,
has three or four deliveries a day. To
provide environmental protection
for goods and operatives during the
unloading process a CopriSystems
loading bay canopy has been
installed.
Side wall mounted against the
building, it measures 10m long, 6m
wide and 5m high and protects a
scissor lift method of unloading, as
well as limiting wind, rain and dust
during the unloading process. It is
suitable for a 'drive through'
unloading process as each end of the
tunnel-effect canopy can be left
open. If ends are shut, an effective
airlock can be created when the
warehouse doors are opened.
No ground works were required
for this installation and the canopy
was installed in a matter of days. More articles from CopriSystems Ltd: |
