Continuously monitors machine vibration

Available from INA FAG, Easy Check enables the vibration and temperature of production related machinery to be monitored on a constant basis at a cost that is said to be a fraction of that of conventional systems.

The device continuously monitors machine vibration in those frequency bands that are characteristic for damage and triggers a visible alarm if there is significant deterioration in the machinery’s vibration or temperature pattern.

Simple to install, the Easy Check monitor is permanently fastened to the machine and can be bolted on or simply attached with a magnet.

Alternatively, it can be screwed to a bearing block lubrication connection.

No manual configuration is necessary. The monitor automatically carries out calibration and reference measurements and uses these to set the alarm levels for vibration speed, vibration acceleration and temperature.

Machine status is indicated by flashing lights: green for normal; yellow for preliminary alarm; and red for primary alarm. The unit operates from a 1.5V battery.
