Clean blind holes July 1st 2009 Ringler suction extraction devices,
available in the UK from M
Buttkereit, can be supplied to cover
a wide range of machine-shop and
production engineering needs.
A typical example is a patented
suction and blast nozzle which has
been purpose-designed for cleaning
workpieces that have blind hole
drilling or machining.Within the
nozzle suction tube, a centrally
located air jet orifice is integrated
which discharges a blast of air at
positive pressure. This dislodges any
swarf, chips or coolant fluid build-up
within blind holes, while safely
extracting debris under suction to
prevent contamination of the
atmosphere or adjacent working
environment. The nozzle fits to most
models in the Ringler range. More articles from M Buttkereit Ltd: |
