Safe aqueous cleaning unit

A Sheffieldbased company that specialises in the precision machining of medical components and quick release couplings, has installed a Guyson Formula 750 hot power washer, that uses safe aqueous cleaning technology, to replace Trichloroethylene in its parts cleaning process.

The machine provides excellent component cleaning and is compact and simple to use.

Components are placed onto the rotating table, the door closed, the timer set and the parts are then spray washed by jets located above, below and to the side of the turntable.

The internal rotating table is chain driven.

Components are thoroughly cleaned as they pass through a curtain of hot aqueous cleaning solution discharged from the high pressure jets.
