Customised ultrasonic baths

Many industrial ultrasonic cleaning applications cannot be sufficiently satisfied using off-the-shelf solutions, according to Camlab.

The company believes consultation to be an important part of the route to the optimum cleaning technique.

It says that combining Elma's manufacturing expertise with its own service capacity means it can provide a customised solution – from simple degreasing through to complex surface preparation.

The TI-H series baths are normally available up to 180L capacity, but the company can make any size that is required.

Addition of the new Flex line allows semi or full automation of the ultrasonic and rinse stages.

Camlab's technical staff will advise on a suitable bath.
