July 1st 2008 ph-cleantec mobile products are a
range of low-pressure hot-water
cleaners supplied by M Buttkereit.
They provide flexible cleaning, with
low atmospheric splashback to
ensure minimal ecological and
environmental impact.
The cleaners use water at 95°C,
as the primary cleaning medium,
with adjustable operating pressures
from 3 to 14 bar, depending upon
the model used. They are suited to
general cleaning applications
including static and mobile
machines, associated conveyors,
chain drive systems and storage
tanks. Separate collector units can
be provided for cleaning individual
large components or medium batch
sizes of smaller items. All models
operate from a 400V 3ph 50Hz
supply and can achieve 95°C water
temperature (90°C for 600 SR unit)
within 60 seconds, with 70dBA
