Cost cutting
July 1st 2008 KMT Waterjet Systems has
unveiled new Streamline waterjet
cutting intensifier
technology. The SL-V
60 extends KMT's
range of high pressure
pumps for pure water
and abrasive
applications and
provides a 60HP rating.
For economic and
reliable performance,
the Streamline SL-V 30 Classic
features technology that, the
company says, is not normally
associated with entry level
intensifiers.
The Streamline SL-V 60 is
offered in Plus models offering
pressure up to 4150 bar. These
build upon the success of
Streamline 50HP intensifiers with
the extra 10HP power
rating which will allow
users to run one
0.35mm or two 0.25
water orifices at 4100
bar for greater flow.
The Streamline
pump range uses a
single intensifier
concept for all power
ratings to 100HP. This is said to
offer savings in terms of operating
