Portable, table-top extraction units that remove localised fumes have been introduced by Solbraze, a specialist in bespoke soldering irons and systems.

The Hooded Visor fume extraction unit measures just 500 by 350 by 430mm, weighs 9kg and is easy to site. Use of carbon filtration allows it to be moved from work-station to work-station,making it particularly suitable for smaller businesses.

An adjustable hood offers total facial protection and, when in the raised position, an integral light creates localised lighting to aid productivity.
