In critical vehicle assembly work, it is essential that the correct torque tools selected for each fastening operation, and that all the joints are tightened to the exact torque. To carry out the work more quickly, easily and reliably, Crane Electronics has introduced the new Wireless Tool Control System.

The system provides complete control over the selection and use of a digital torque wrench in assembly operations. It is totally secure and uses witless connectivity.

The digital torque wrench automatically records its actions and initiates the transmission of the torque readings back to the Wireless Control System. These results can be printed out, saved, analysed and reported as well as being exported to quality control systems.
