Management System (PCMS) has
enabled sauce manufacturer New
Ivory to ensure that packaging,
date and lot coding information of
its products is correct.
The Claricom system is said to
remove the risk or error. The
specification for each product is
maintained in the Claricom master
product database. CLARiSOFT
software is used to specify the
'look and feel' of the information for
each pack format.
The operator uses a Claricom
Scanpoint handheld scanner to set
up the production line, removing
manual input. The scanner is used
to confirm the production line,
product specification and correct
packaging. Online Linx inkjet
coding equipment is connected to
a CLARiNET network and set up
