steel fabrication which
requires folding.
It uses four Bystronic
press brakes including 100
and 400t PR8 4m
machines. The need for
extra capacity prompted the
company to invest in a 200t,
3m Bystronic Beyeler Xpert.
The multi-axis machine
met the company's
requirement for accuracy,
repeatability and quietness.
It has a comprehensive
database based on DIN and
Hämmerle data and is
simple to expand with data
for new parts and materials.
Easy-to-use, the press
brake produces zero angle
error and is said to deliver
the highest level of
repetition accuracy.
Accurate bending is
achieved at the touch of a
button.
