Assembly benches

Diamond Group has supplied a number of high-precision final assembly benches to Honeywell Turbo Technologies. The latest order for four benches, follows on from the supply of six final assembly benches in 2003.

Manufactured by Diamond Group's Process Engineering Division, the final assembly tables purchased by Honeywell will be used to define the alpha and epsilon dwell angles of each turbo charger then complete the assembly process. The part number is simply entered into the control panel by the bench operator and the dwell angle is automatically set.
