Work holding specialist Carver & Co (Engineers) is showing for the first time a new range of Wilton clamps and vices at Weldex 2003. The new range offers even more versatility to the established Carver engineering clamps, machine vices and the Demmeler 3-D clamping system, all of which will be on the companys stand at Weldex. New to the UK, the Wilton products include a range of copper plated L-clamps, (particularly appropriate for the welding market as they allow rapid clamping of the work piece, thanks to the sliding rail design, while the solid steel spindles are copper plated for spatter resistance) heavy duty benches, multi-grip vice jaws and precision vices.
