Blast cabinet
September 1st 2004

An economy blast cabinet and dust collector, designed to provide effective, low-cost component cleaning and surface preparation, has been introduced by Hodge Clemco.

The Kit-Cab cabinet is a robust unit with a high specification, venturi-type suction blast gun and abrasive metering valve. Its chamber is 890mm wide by 750mm deep by 760mm high and includes door safety interlocks and a safety window with a protective cover lens.

Working pressure is adjustable between 3 and 7bar, and a wide variety of abrasives can be used.

The unit is offered for selfassembly or fully built.
