Cleans bores

USF Vacu-Blast International has specially made an automated dry abrasive blasting machine to clean the interior bores of copper tube. The machine removes annealing scale and post-annealing residual carbon deposits from the insides of the copper tubes. The machine can simultaneously process up to 12 tubes in just a few seconds. It handles tube dias from 121 to 54mm, in lengths from 4.5 to 6.5m. Throughput is up to 2500 tubes an hour. The design of the machine is based on that of similar Vacu-Blast units proven in operation at virtually all copper tube manufacturers throughout the world.
