Available from NC Engineering, the Citizen C16-V1E 16mm capacity CNC sliding headstock automatic lathe is expected to establish a value-for-money benchmark for high productivity one-hit mill/turning of small parts.

The entry level machine has a yoke-style tooling arrangement around the main spindle. This short movement, fast positioning design incorporates a gang post holding six turning tools, three driven tools and a four-station toolpost that can present up to eight tools. Machining operations can be carried out simultaneously at both main and secondary spindles.
