Filling machines introduced
July 1st 2005

Isoblock NH filling machines from Kosme join the company’s other equipment for the beverage market and enable it to supply complete bottling lines for mineral water and soft drinks producers.

The neck handling, counterpressure machines are designed for the low/mid range of production speeds of PET bottles and have both rinser and capper functions. They are said to offer hygienic operation, exceptional reliability and affordable pricing.

The 11 machines in the range are based around a modular concept for maximum versatility.

Container pitch options are from 94 to 226mm to ensure that all sizes of PET bottle can be accommodated.

A Siemens S7 PLC with touch panel interface is fitted as standard.

Options for Allen Bradley or Omron PLC are available.
