For gauging May 1st 2008 The Checkmaster 1050 from Baty
International is a robust, flexible
gauging system that can be
dedicated to ongoing production
or re-tooled each run to provide a
short-term, cost-effective solution.
The device can be set up to
gauge a wide range of internal and
external features. The cast iron
fixture base has tee-slots in three
positions for tooling. The
'transmission' table moves parallel
to the fixed table via a robust leaf
spring arrangement, making the
Checkmaster suitable even in
hostile production environments.
Up to three gauges can be
mounted simultaneously for
multiple dimension applications;
alternatively, high accuracy digital
transducer(s) can be connected
directly to the GageChek data
collection/display. GageChek can
perform functions such as roundness,
concentricity, and flatness. More articles from Baty International: |
