IWEX launch
July 1st 2005

Festo will use IWEX 2005 (18 to 20 October, NEC) to launch a range of pneumatic valve actuators and associated components for the process industry.

Actuators are robust, maintenance-free and require little operational monitoring. They are said to be particularly cost-effective for processes covering large areas or sited in remote locations.

All products in the new component family have high standards of environmental protection and are ATEX compliant.

Included are quarter-turn actuators for diving butterfly and ball valves, and linear actuators for gate valves and penstocks.
