Eco Technology has launched the latest in its range of Ecomem Membrane filtration systems. The Ecomem series 1000 UF can treat up to 1000l per day, making it suited to small and medium sized manufacturing businesses. Designed specifically for aqueous industrial wastes, these systems use ultra-filtration to reduce waste volumes by up to 99%. Suitable effluents include soluble oils, semi-synthetic coolants, wash waters, water based paint waste and many more. By treating their own waste on site, users reduce the need for waste contractors, vacuum tankers and expensive off-site disposal charges. The series 1000 UF is compact, with semi-automatic operation, and low running costs. With systems costing less than 7500, payback can typically be achieved in 12 months.
