Spray booth system July 1st 2008 Interserve carries out civil
engineering, building and
facilities management
projects across the world.
A Build/Operate/Maintain/
Replace mantra embraces
the cornerstone of its
activities on construction
projects throughout the
public and private sectors.
When the company's
manufacturing division,
Interserve Retail & Interiors
re-located to a
manufacturing facility in
Dorset it turned to surface
coatings technology
specialist, Hi-Tec Spray,
Southampton depot, to
supply an upgrade to its
spray plant that is
dedicated to high volume
spraying of shop fittings.
The system comprises
two spray booths, made
from single skin, galvanised
mild steel panels, each
with a dry filter extraction
unit capable of providing
airflow of 100ft/min through
the booth via a two-stage,
pre-filter and final fibre filter
unit. An ATEX compliant,
infrared drying oven,
3000mm wide, sits between
the spray booths. More articles from Hi-Tec Spray Limited: |
