Gear pumps

ATEX-approved GlobalGear pumps from Tuthill Pump Group are aimed at industries pumping viscous fluids and are suitable as new or replacement units.

They can be used for transferring, off-loading and many other applications and have 90 and 180° port configurations, ease of maintenance, multiple options for connections/flanges and an option for magnetic coupling.

Maintenance is aided by a back pull out feature that is said to reduce downtime by as much as 60 to 70% compared to other conventional pumps. Units offer inline seal replacement and will accept gland packing, inboard or outboard mechanical seals, cartridges or double seals without modification
