Precision dispense valve
November 1st 2005

The 754V-SS valve from EFD International is a precision dispense valve with an aseptic design that reduces the risk of contamination in sterile fluid filling processes.

It uses a low-maintenance diaphragm design to provide fast, precise dispensing of most low-tomedium viscosity fluids and can be cycled up to 500 times per minute.

Shot size ranges from 0.5 to a continuous flow rate of 60 micro litres per second. Fast, clean cutoff after each shot prevents waste.

Wetted parts are of FDAcompliant 316L stainless steel and PTFE, suitable for CIP or SIP processes. Instead of O rings, the valve uses an inert PTFE diaphragm to isolate fluid from internal parts.
