Simple drive September 1st 2004 The new range of SimpleServo drives from Lenze is to be launched at the Drives and Controls Exhibition.
SimpleServo is a range of compact drives with rated outputs from 4 to 12A, peak currents up to 36A. Particular features are options of a positioner version, Ethernet of CANopen high speed bus communications, and the easy to handle EPM memory chip.
Dynamic performance is available in torque, velocity or electronic gearbox modes with peak currents of 300% nominal for up to two seconds.
The dimensions of the SimpleServo are small, with the largest 12A drive being 115mm wide by 190 high and 190 deep.
