A range of industrial spray guns has been introduced by DeVilbiss. Operators wanted a smaller, lightweight, easy-to-handle gun that would reduce fatigue. It also had to have high performance atomisation to optimise material transfer and be capable of spraying all materials, including low, medium, high solids and 2K solvent or waterborne types. The new guns are available with two types of atomisation technologies. Blue Compact uses advances in EPA compliant Transfer-Technology to provide considerable paint savings. It gives a high quality finish and flow rates to 600cc/min or more. Silver Compact features high capacity airflow and excellent atomisation characteristics, coupled with user comfort. The guns advanced conventional air caps make it suitable for use on suction cups or pressure fed systems in small production operations or high volume spraying.
