Cost saving booth

Delta Process Systems has launched an integrated water-wash paint spray booth and sludge removal system that is said to achieve cost savings over conventional booths.

The Aqua-Flow booth is modular, so can be sized to suit almost all paint spraying needs.

The booth is connected to Delta’s Aqua-Cleanse sludge removal system to form an in-line paint spraying and effluent treatment unit. Also modular, the Aqua- Cleanse system can be configured to suit each individual installation.

The spray booth can be used manually or with automatic spraying equipment.

The Aqua-Cleanse system automatically removes 100% of the contaminated water from the booth and replaces it through the water-wash scrubbing nozzles and water-wash screen with clean, treated water, saving downtime and maintenance and enhancing the environmental impact of the paint plant.
