A manufacturer and repairer of fashion mannequins uses Pillomat matting in combination with dust control AirBenches from WorkPoint Environments.

Available from Plastic Extruders, the multipurpose matting comprises a lightweight grid of hollow and sealed PVC tubes that provide a flexible and hygienic surface, acting like air cushions to give a high level of protection and to reduce impact damage.

In the application at Proportion of London, the open grid allows air to flow through. The surface of the matting is smooth and will neither scuff nor mark anything on it.

The matting is hard wearing, resists light spills and is easy to wipe clean. It can be cut easily to fit any working surface, shaped for complicated displays and can be used for food retailing. In a choice of colours, it is supplied in standard 10m rolls and widths of 60 and 91cm.
