Go-anywhere welding capability is claimed by ESAB for its OrigoArc 150/200 MMA welding machines.

Practicality, reliability and ease of use were key design aims that have been realised in a sturdily constructed, yet relatively light weight package. The unit features an IP23 rated enclosure with carrying handle and accurate current setting from a single knob.

The company says the machine provides excellent welding performance without complicated set-up. This is helped by the inclusion of the ESAB ArcPlus feature that provides automatic control of arc conditions.

Machines are suitable for welding a wide range of ferrous materials. The 150 version can be used with electrodes to 3.25mm; the OrigoArc 200 supports welding with electrodes to 4mm.
