Oil cooler range

ZF Industrials new range of oil coolers is designed to provide the optimum control of heat to ensure improved machine tool performance in the face of ever increasing demands for higher speed operation and improved levels of precision. Compact, easy-to-fit and providing up to 4500kcal/h cooling capacity, the oil coolers are suitable for use with a host of machine tools, including cnc machining centres, grinders, broaching machines, lathes, edm machines and milling machines. The coolers precisely control the temperature of oil used to lubricate high-speed spindles. ZF says that, as a result, spindle accuracy is maintained and improved, and tool life extended. Five models in the range provide 1250 to 4500kcal/h cooling capacities and differential temperature control of -10 to +10C, making them suitable for retrofit and machine builders alike.
