The precision plasma ESP 200 is a new power source that can be fitted with a combination of torches for plasma cutting and marking.

It has been introduced by ESAB Automation to provide a flexible solution, eliminate downtime and improve productivity.

The ESP 200 can plasma cut materials up to 50mm thick. It has an integrated and high frequency console that permanently provides 5 to 200A for plasma cutting and high speed marking. Cutting speeds are typically 3.750mm/min for 10mm mild steel. ESAB’s PT-24 torch is suited to work of up to 100A and the PT-600 torch for up to 200A applications.

Variable bevel cutting at maximum speed can be achieved using the PT-600 torch with VBA-Expert.
