ULTRA CLEAN March 1st 2005 A new wet blast machine from Abrasive Developments is constructed in 304 stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and ultra-clean working.
Internal parts of the Vaqua 150 are non-ferrous to further reduce the risk of contamination to the components being processed. This means addition of anti-corrosion inhibitors to the blast media is unnecessary in most applications.
The machine has a two-speed (4.8/6kW) process motor that, together with variable compressed air control, enables processing parameters to be adjusted to any application. The unit has a 1450 by 1200 by 800mm processing enclosure, and includes a 500kg capacity rotating worktable to aid component handling. More articles from ISPC Vacu-Blast Limited: |
