EASY-TO-INSTALL PIPEWORK SYSTEM

Since switching from conventional welded structural steelwork to Halfen’s Powerclick 63 system, Atlas Copco Energas has saved time and money in the assembly of machinery at its factory in Germany.

Modular assembly in the packaging division pipework and electrical installation) has been greatly simplified by the Powerclick system.

Comprising a minimum of components, available ex-stock, the system’s flexibility comes from a boxsection channel that has a toothed channel, giving great torsional strength and safe load distribution.

The channel, assembled by means of connectors, accepts rapid assembly captive bolts for the fixing of pipe clamps and other accessories. Components are supplied pre-assembled to simplify framing construction.

Powerclick is used for almost all the supports and panels of the company’s compressors and generators.
