Tough labels

Brother chose Mach 2004 to display a selection of its P-touch electronic labelling printers.

On show were the PT-3600 and 9600, which are Microsoft Visio-compatible and have a rotate text feature, printing vertically on labels for easy reading after being applied to cables or piping.

The PT2480 handheld model also uses Rotate Print and it has a custom template function that lets images be saved to memory.

All three machines use Brother P-touch TZ labels. The tapes are designed to withstand heavy abrasion, chemicals, sunlight, water and extreme temperatures.
