Described as the heavy duty big brother to conventional strut framing systems, Halfen’s Powerclick 63 system is designed to cater for pipes up to 150mm nominal diameter.

The company says benefits include ease, speed and final cost of installation when compared to alternative welded assemblies used in industrial applications.

Using a minimum of components that are all available ex-stock, the system provides an off-the-shelf solution and obviates the need for time-consuming and costly detailed planning of pipework support structures. The bolting together of pre-assembled components takes just a few hours, enabling alterations to pipework layouts to be achieved quickly and economically.

Key to the system’s flexibility is a box-section channel that incorporates a toothed channel for torsional strength and safe load distribution.
