A new configurable transmitter for measuring the pressure and absolute pressure of liquids and gases has been introduced by Siemens Automation and Drives.

Part of the company’s Sitrans P family, the Sitrans P ZD transmitter delivers information to the user on measured pressure and upward/downward violation of limits. It has a 5-digit display behind a glass cover that is available as a radial or axial assembly to the process connection. Three pushbuttons allow for easy re-ranging and adjustment of parameters.
