High speed vision systems

Camsensor designs, develops and manufactures high speed smart cameras for machine vision applications such as quality inspection, production control and process optimisation.

Housed in food grade stainless steel, all cameras are ip67 rated. They do not require a pc, yet are able to communicate via RS232/485, DeviceNet, Ethernet and are accessible from virtually anywhere.

At Total, Camsensor will present a range of high speed vision applications for the plastics industry.

It portfolio of high resolution colour and greyscale cameras can be applied for single capture image inspection, and advanced linear cameras for finding defects on continuous plastic webbing.
