The latest ME Series moisture exchangers from Perma Pure are designed for humidfying or drying industrial gas samples. They work by bringing the humidity of a gas into equilibrium with the ambient air almost instantly.

Corrosion-resistant, long lasting and with no moving parts, they work continuously without removing analyte gases or slowing response times of analysers.

The moisture exchangers use Nafion membrane tubing to exchange water vapour between the gas stream and the surrounding atmosphere, creating equilibrium.

Requiring no power, they can dry samples that are near condensing and too humid for analysis, or humidify samples such as calibration gases that are too dry for use straight from the tank.
