Spot weld QC March 1st 2009 Rexroth has introduced adaptive
control modes for its PS 6000 system
to provide total quality control of
spot welds. It has also introduced the
option of using electric or pneumatic
servo drives for welding guns.
For demanding material and
metal combinations, it offers
adaptive current/voltage control,
including monitoring functions for
fully documented quality control.
The current/voltage control displays
all process-critical parameters online
in a diagram, enabling accurate
inspection of weld spots.
The control systems have standard
functions such as constant-current
regulation, pressure regulation and
electrode care
concept
including tip
dressing. The
PS 6000 has
flexible
scalability in
terms of power
and
functionality.With identical
mechanical set-up there is the option
of alternating current and medium
frequency inverters. More articles from Bosch Rexroth Ltd: |
