Available from KMT Waterjet Systems, the Abraline bulk transfer, system provides a constant abrasive flow rate to ensure process stability, security and a high degree of reliability for all waterjet cutting applications.

Continuous level monitoring makes sure there is sufficient abrasive available during the entire cutting process to guarantee economical and successful cutting. This is particularly important for cutting brittle materials.

Easy to use, Abraline has a non-pressurIsed upper tank of 200l. This feeds the lower tank when the sensor detects an insufficient level of material. The pressure regulator allows the pressure to be set to suit different feed hose lengths.
