Painting robot

The ABB IRB 52 painting robot is designed for spraying small and medium sized parts in a wide range of industries. The company says it can help users achieve a 20% reduction in energy consumption.

Compact and of low weight (250kg), the robot can reach up to 1.4m and can handle process equipment to 7kg.

ABB says that by using its Integrated Process System, the IRB 52 enables manufacturers to consumption.

The system includes colour change valves, air and paint regulation and is said to guarantee high quality painting.

It can be easily inverted or wall-mounted and can be controlled by ABB's IRC5P paint robot control system.
