The Raytek MP50 Linescanner enables continuous temperature monitoring within a temperature range of 20 to 1200°C and displays detailed thermal images and temperature profiles of moving objects for enhanced process control and quality inspection. Up to 48 edge-to-edge lines are scanned per second as a product surface passes under the linscanner's 90° field of view, which are then displayed automatically as a real-time thermal image on a PC.

Pixel resolution of 3,5mrad enables the detection of minute detail.

The system is supplied with an OPC (OLE for Process Control) interface for wide system compatibility and is delivered with DTDP software which enables fast and easy plug-and-play functionality and remote date exchange with a variety of standard visualisation and control systems.

The system also enables remote configuration.
