Double certification
March 1st 2009 ESAB, manufacturer and supplier of
welding and cutting equipment, has
achieved certification of its
Environmental and Occupational,
Health and Safety Management
System. Certification was granted by
Det Norske Veritas, a global
certification body.
It covers all ESAB employees and
activities worldwide and, although
many companies have achieved ISO
14001 and/or OHSAS 18001
certification somewhere, ESAB
believes it is the first global company
in any business to achieve both
