has purchased two ESAB
Caddy Tig AC/DC 2200i
welding machines to produce
bespoke motor bikes.
Gurjeet Panesar, owner of
UK Custom Choppers, uses
welding products from ESAB
supplied through K P Walker
Welding Supplies.
He makes frames, handle
bars, oil tanks, fuel tanks,
exhausts, and fenders from his
factory in Brackley. Frames
are welded from T45 grade
tubular steel, but even the
wheels can be custom-made
on site.Many components are
made from stainless steel
aluminium, or tubular steel.
Panesar says "I have used
welding machines in the past,
but the thing I found with
ESAB is they're so easy to
use. You can turn between
aluminium, stainless steel
and mild steel so easily. They
